Hello! I'm Rachel Larsen. I am a graphic designer and illustrator located in the Bay Area, CA. I love creating work with bright colors, strong textures and light-hearted sarcasm.​

My Story
Growing up in the Bay Area, CA I've always had a love for illustration and animation. Much of my childhood was spent reading comic books and watching cartoons. Some of my favorite artists were Bill Watterson, Hayao Miyazaki and Eric Carle. These creators were so inspiring and had such a large impact on my art and creative philosophy.

I was always determined to pursue a creative degree and thanks to the love and support from amazing instructors, I graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelors in Design Studies. This education has helped me to better understand the audience I create for and express my unique vision.
I am always looking for a new challenge that will push me to develop my skills and learn new things. Whether that's creating posters, designing websites or developing apps, I am always excited to give it a try. When I'm not creating I'm discovering new coffee shops, playing Dungeons and Dragons, thrifting or hanging with my cat.
